Senior Leaders
Jeremy + Erica Duggins
Jeremy and Erica are the Senior Leaders of Revive Church.
Before becoming the Senior Leaders Jeremy served as a Pastor for 7 years until God called him and Erica to Co-Found and help plant Revive School where Jeremy still serves as the director.
Jeremy lives with a core value for the presence of God. His greatest desire is to see this generation encounter God’s presence in such a way that they uncover their kingdom identity, discover their purpose, and are equipped to impact the world for Jesus.
Erica serves as the Children’s Director at Revive. She is a powerful communicator with a passion to see people walk in wholeness. Her heart for family is evident in the culture of Revive. In addition to being the Children’s Director, she works as a labor and delivery nurse and is an amazing mother of four.
Erica and Jeremy have been married for 12 years and have four amazing children, Faith, Ella, Jase, and Judah. They currently reside in their hometown and Fredericksburg, Virginia, a city they deeply love.
Pastors
Tim + Mendy Stimmell
Tim is the Pastor at Revive Church in Fredericksburg, VA. Tim and Mendy have been part of the church community since 2016 and were supporters of the Fredericksburg Prayer Furnace from the beginning of 2009.
Tim and Mendy are passionate about helping people find their identity as sons and daughters of God. It is their desire to help our community be lovers of the presence of God, live in daily communion with the Holy Spirit, and share the love of Jesus with everyone they meet.
Prior to transitioning into full-time ministry, Tim served in education for 24 years as a teacher, coach, and school administrator as an athletic director.
Mendy serves as the director for Revive Church Intercessory prayer teams and the Altar ministry team. She is also leading women’s ministry and is the lead for pastoral care.
Tim and Mendy have been married for more than 20 years and live in Spotsylvania with their three wonderful children, Lexie, Laina, and Elijah.
Worship Leader
Lexie Stimmell
Lexie Stimmell is the HQ Worship Leader at Revive. She has been leading worship for 8 years and has been leading worship at Revive Church for 5 years. She is passionate about seeing people get encountered by the presence of Jesus through worship and stepping into the fullness that God has for them!
Children's Director
Erica Duggins
Erica is our Children’s Director of Revive. She is passionate about seeing children walk in their God-given identity and her heart is that every child would learn from a young age who they are as a child of God. She loves to create a kid friendly environment where kids can grow in their relationship with Jesus. Her heart for family is evident in the culture of Revive.
In addition to being the Children’s Director she works as a labor and delivery nurse, and is an amazing mother of four.

Chris Jones
Chris serves as the Pastor of Revive Youth. Chris has been working with youth for several years and has a heart to see young people encounter God, grow in God’s Word, and step out in faith into all that God has for them!”
